Tryouts and clinicals for the high school marching band and color guard are this month! No experience is needed to join, but you must be a current or upcoming high school student.
Dear Northwestern families,
On Monday, April 21, 2025 our district will be conducting an extensive emergency drill that is required by the state. Though our students have the day off of school, our staff will be on campus training alongside the Clark County EMA, Clark County School Resource Officers, emergency responders of the Clark County Sheriff's Department, Pike Township and German Township. The campus will be closed to all outside community members while the drill is being conducted. The drill will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. During this time, several law enforcement will be on site, so please do not be alarmed if you see lights or hear sirens on campus. THIS IS ONLY A DRILL! All agencies participating are using this time as training as well.
We will send another communication out closer to the day as a reminder. Again, this is just a drill. Our staff and local law enforcement are undergoing this training to prepare how to respond safely and effectively during emergencies and reinforcing safety protocols.

Here is the 2025 Junior/Senior High's Spring State Testing Schedule!

Spring State testing begins next week! Here is the schedule for the Junior/Senior High students. We encourage our families to get a good night's rest, eat a nutritious breakfast and charge your Chromebooks the night prior.
Hello families! This is just a reminder to turn in your 2025-2026 open enrollment forms to the Board of Education Office this week!
An IMPORTANT MESSAGE from Northwestern Transportation:
Unfortunately due to continued staff illnesses and shortage of drivers, we are unable to provide morning transportation for those students (elementary and junior/senior high) assigned to BUS 15 today, Monday, March 31st.
Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you!
An IMPORTANT MESSAGE from Northwestern Transportation to our elementary families residing in Chateau Estates AND Honeycreek Mobile Home Parks:
Beginning Monday morning, 03/31/25, please have your student(s) ready and awaiting the bus’ arrival at their designated stop locations 10 minutes later than their normal pick up time.
At this time, their afternoon drop off times will remain the same, but we will continue to keep you posted of any further changes.
