Senior Jacob Vocke was struggling to find employment, but with the help of secretary Jenn Timmons, he was connected with Rural King which perfectly aligns with his interests and job skills. Jacob is now thriving as a Recovery Associate in the Farm and Animal Department!
He is well on his way in this success story and has already logged over 500 hours at his job placement. 💪

🌟 Student Highlight & Community Partnership Shoutout 🌟
Our FFA students have had an incredible experience building real-world job skills thanks to the support of community members Wayne Foster and Nick Wolf. Wayne has served as our lead mechanical skills instructor, while Nick has shared his expertise in welding. Their knowledge and dedication have made a lasting impact on our students.
With their guidance, Landon Dubie, Phil Boles, Landon Tipps, and Alex Woolf competed at the State Ag Mechanics Career Development Event. The team earned an impressive 17th-place finish in the state, and individually, Landon Dubie placed 22nd overall.
Well done, gentlemen and a huge thank-you to Wayne and Nick for investing your time and talent into this team. Career readiness starts here! 🔧👏

🔥 BIG SHOUTOUT to sophomore Palin Weinkauf-Arnold! 🔥
He just leveled up by completing OHSAA referee training and earning an industry-recognized credential toward graduation 💪
And he’s not stopping there—Palin is already out there officiating, making calls, earning money, and building an awesome part-time career that fits HIS schedule!
🙌 This is a HUGE win for our community too as officials are in high demand across all sports, and Palin is stepping up to make a real difference where it’s needed most.

During Military Week, students across the district are recognizing the service and commitment of military families.
Yesterday, one student chose to represent her favorite branch of the military in honor of her mom. A simple but meaningful way to show pride and appreciation. 🇺🇸
We’re grateful for the service and sacrifice of the families in our community.
