An IMPORTANT MESSAGE from Northwestern Transportation to our elementary families residing in Chateau Estates AND Honeycreek Mobile Home Parks:
Beginning Monday morning, 03/31/25, please have your student(s) ready and awaiting the bus’ arrival at their designated stop locations 10 minutes later than their normal pick up time.
At this time, their afternoon drop off times will remain the same, but we will continue to keep you posted of any further changes.

NW Elementary: Families of incoming 7th graders, there has been some confusion regarding the letter that was sent home with your child this week. Incoming 7th graders choose either Band, Choir or Neither. If they choose NEITHER, they will be placed in a junior high elective class in its place. Our current JH electives are PE, General Music, and STEM/ Design and Modeling. All junior high students have 7 periods of classes, plus one PRIDE (advisory) as well as lunch.

NW Elementary: Good morning! Due to an accident and road closure on Folk Ream Rd. Our buses will not be able to pick up any students this morning that are south of Detrick Jordan Pike on Folk Ream Rd. As a result students will need to be self transported this morning. Good afternoon, NWES Parents and Guardians! Wittenberg University received grant money to promote literacy in elementary schools across Clark County. They used the additional funds from the grant to purchase school supplies and books for each student in our school. Today, students in grades PK (p.m. only) through third grade received their bags of school supplies and books. Early next week, a.m. PK students and students in grades 4-6 will receive their supplies and books. We feel fortunate that Wittenberg included us in this program and hope your students enjoy the supplies and books. Have a great evening, and Go WARRIORS!
