Central registration


Central registration is handled by appointment only at the Board of Education Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the school year and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during the summer (beginning June 1).

Registration for the upcoming school year will begin on June 1st of every year. A parent/guardian must be present to enroll any student. The following documents are required for enrollment:

  • Parent/guardian photo ID
  • Any custody documents (Must be court stamped. We do not accept anything notarized)
  • Child's birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of residency (Homeowners-Deed, tax statement, mortgage statement; Renters-copy of a signed lease)
  • An additional piece of business mail

Northwestern utilizes OneView to complete all new enrollments. This can be completed at home or in the Board of Education Office. Once you click the link below, you will first create an account, and then click on 'Enroll New Student'.
